RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS
 
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 
 
Due to the nature of our products; custom blending, handcrafting and personal care, we are unable to accept returns. As all items are handcrafted and carefully inspected before leaving our facility. In the very rare instance an item is defective in manufacturing, we will replace your item(s) free of charge by sending you the identical item after receiving your defective product back at our facility.
 
The time frame to make a claim for a defective product is within 5 days of delivery. We reserve the right to require a photo of the defective product before issuing a return label to you. Once your product is received at our facility and inspected, we will replace your item at no charge including shipping.
 
If items are received damaged or lost while in transit, Route Package Insurance must have been selected and purchased during checkout. A claim can be filed through insurance in such instances. We want our customers to be happy, we will assist in the best manner possible to achieve a positive resolution. We are unable to accept responsibility for packages once they have left our facility and are in transit with the carrier.
